How do I request a trip?
Browse the tours and use Request a quote, or tell us your plans on the Plan Your Journey page. Include your travel dates, group size and the places you would like to visit.
Are website prices final?
Prices shown on tour pages are references. We confirm availability, inclusions and the price for your dates in a written proposal before you book.
Can I customize an itinerary?
Yes. Tell us your preferred pace, accommodation style, interests and any group requirements. We will shape a proposal around them.
When is a booking confirmed?
An inquiry alone does not confirm a booking. Your written proposal explains the confirmation and payment steps.
What if my plans change?
Your proposal will state the cancellation and refund conditions before payment. If you already have a booking, email us with your reference and request.
