How to request a change or cancellation
Email info@navigateegypttours.com with your name, booking reference and request. We will explain the options and charges under your agreed booking terms. Please obtain written confirmation that your request was received and processed.
Refunds
Where a refund is due under the agreed booking terms, we will confirm its amount, any applicable supplier deductions and the payment route in writing. Processing time can depend on the payment method and supplier.
